As it turns out, Intel will be announcing them later this week at CES 2020 but the company somehow has decided to leave some interesting little details about these new processors which are based on the Comet Lake architecture.
Apparently, these upcoming 14nm 45W H-series processors can be obtained with up to 8-core 16-thread setup. Additionally, Intel has also claimed that the 10th Gen Core i7 H-series processors are able to achieve clock speed of up to 5GHz and even higher for Core i9 chips. Since more information regarding the new 10th Gen Intel Core H-series processors for laptops will only be revealed later this week, we have to wait until then to learn the actual amount of firepower that Intel has packed into them as well as other relevant details. So, stay tuned. (Source: Tom’s Hardware / Engadget.)
