In this game mode, rather than looking for people to kill, you’ll experience what members of the ICRC do in real life. This will have you racing through the game mode looking for people to save and provide aid to, mines to diffuse, as well as shelters and essential infrastructure to build. You’ll still be doing some shooting, albeit using what looks like the Bandage Bazooka healing weapon.

The collaboration is likely done to raise awareness about the activities of the ICRC. You can also find out more about the organisation and its efforts via the source link below. The game mode itself was made using the game’s Creative Mode, which allows you to create your own maps, minigames and rules. It debuted during PAX South that took place over the weekend in San Antonio, Texas. You can try out the game mode for yourself using the code 1992-1013-9260. (Source: ICRC, Fortnite INTEL)
