However, the base storage option for iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini is 128GB as opposed to 64GB on their predecessors. Hence, those who opt to purchase iPhone 13 or iPhone 13 mini with 128GB and 256GB are paying less than the early adopters of iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini last year. On another hand, this is also the first time that Apple has offered the 512GB storage option for non-Pro/XS iPhone models. In terms of availability, Apple will begin taking pre-orders for iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini in Malaysia starting from 1 October ahead of its rollout a week later on 8 October.
