The online service can be accessed through MySikap JPJ portal for both renewals, while users can also visit MyEG for road tax only. Payment for the service is also done online, with a digital proof of transaction or receipt provided afterwards. MOT assures citizens that they are not required to collect their updated license card or road tax sticker during the MCO period. Users can present authorities with the payment receipt of their road tax renewals as proof. That said, they are still required to obtain their renewed license card and road tax sticker once the MCO is revoked by the government.
