At first glance, it’s clear that the PA90’s design takes something of a cue from the Apple Mac Pro. The PC is compact and cylindrical in shape, and even comes with an elevated dome at the top of the machine. But despite its simplistic design, the PA90 actually packs some pretty impressive hardware. Off the bat, ASUS’ new miniature professional PC is powered by a 9th generation Intel Core i9 CPU, supports up to 64GB of DDR4 RAM, and by default, houses an NVIDIA Quadro P4000 workstation graphics card. To put it simply; that’s a lot of heat for a desktop PC that could possibly fit into a woman’s handbag. In terms of ports, the PA90 we saw had four DisplayPort 1.4 ports, a Wi-Fi and Bluetooth antenna, two USB Type-C ports, Two USB 3.0 ports, and a RJ45 LAN port.
At the time of writing, ASUS still hasn’t said anything about the ProArt PA90’s availability and pricing in Malaysia.
