Yoodo made its announcements via its official social media accounts, and from the looks of it, the 3GB data is a one-off offer. Further, the data won’t be added instantly and instead, will be added to users’ subscription at 12:01AM on 12 June, which is tomorrow.

Normality was restored the following day, although the telco did not provide an explanation as to why or what caused the service outage. During the outage, some users said that they were unable to use either of Yoodo’s 3G or 4G network. And while calling out was impossible at the time, they were able to receive incoming calls and SMS.
